Refund & return policy

We want expectations to be clear before you pay, and a fair process if a purchase does not match what you had reason to expect. This policy works together with the Terms of Use and any product-specific text shown at checkout.

Digital products (guides, downloads, and recorded content)

When you pay for a digital file or library access, delivery is often immediate or nearly immediate. If you are not in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with a mandatory “cooling off” right for digital content, you may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days of purchase, provided you have not substantially accessed the material beyond what a reasonable person would do to confirm that the file opens or that the description matches the storefront.

“Substantial access” may include, for example, completing most modules, printing a full workbook, or downloading every attachment if those actions are logged. We will assess requests in good faith, using the records our platform keeps.

If a product page states a longer voluntary guarantee for a specific launch, that statement overrides this general window for that product only, for the period stated there.

EEA, UK, and similar statutory rights

Consumers in the European Union, United Kingdom, and certain other areas may have a fourteen (14) day right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason, subject to the rules that apply to digital content. If you have not asked for immediate performance and you have not given prior express consent to start delivery and acknowledged that the withdrawal right may be lost, you can cancel within that period in the usual way for your right of withdrawal.

If you did request immediate access and consented in the way the law requires, the law may no longer require a refund after delivery has begun. In borderline cases, we will explain which provision we rely on in our reply.

Cohorts, challenges, and live or time-bound programs

Programs with a start date, live sessions, or a shared cohort involve planning and capacity. If you cancel at least two (2) business days before the published start time in the listing, we will generally issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any non-recoverable pass-through fees (for example, certain payment network or ticketing charges) if that limitation was shown before payment.

After a program has begun, we do not offer full refunds for change of mind. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial credit or a seat in a later cohort if you stop participating because of a serious technical failure on our side that we cannot resolve in a reasonable time, or in other exceptional cases we document.

Processing time after approval

When we approve a refund, we will instruct our payment provider to return the funds. You should typically see a credit in five to ten business days, but banks and card issuers can take longer, especially across borders. The currency of the credit will match the original charge unless the law in your market requires a different method.

When we may not issue a refund

  • Abuse, fraud, or a chargeback raised without first using this policy in good faith.
  • Violations of the Terms of Use that led us to end access, where the value received already matched or exceeded the price paid.
  • Requests that arrive long after the applicable window without a valid statutory basis.
  • Third-party add-ons (for example, an external subscription you bought on another site) that we do not control.

Chargebacks, disputes, and double recovery

If you initiate a card dispute while a refund is already in progress, we may wait for the network’s outcome before taking further steps, to avoid returning the same money twice. Cooperating with a short identity check, when needed, helps us process your request more quickly and safely.

How to make a request

Email us with the subject line “Refund request,” your name, the purchase date, the product name, and a few sentences on whether you are within a statutory right or are asking under our commercial policy. We will answer within a reasonable time and, when we need more information, we will tell you what to send. The date shown in the policy hero (dynamic) is the calendar day you are viewing; it can help you record when you read this version.

Currency, taxes, and rounding

Prices on the storefront are in the currency displayed at checkout, before applicable taxes. Refunds are calculated in that same currency. Small rounding differences can appear when a bank converts amounts for your statement; we are not responsible for your institution’s spread.
